Job Description:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our team, working from our Southkey, Johor Bahru office. You’ll be responsible for driving our business growth by sourcing new customers, particularly SME companies with import requirements from overseas to Malaysia. Additionally, you’ll maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, helping us expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing New Customers: Your primary task will be to identify and engage with SME companies seeking import solutions from overseas to Malaysia. You’ll develop and implement strategies to secure new clients.
• Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong relationships with our existing clients is vital. Your excellent interpersonal skills will ensure our clients continue to receive top-notch service and support.
• Sales Strategies: You’ll source potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and email marketing. Your creativity and resourcefulness in identifying new opportunities are essential.
• Networking: You’ll participate in social networking events and activities to connect with potential clients, industry peers, and partners, fostering business growth and opportunities.
• Product Promotion: Effectively promote our company’s products and services to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits we offer.

Qualifications:

• A diploma or higher qualification, or at least 3 years of successful sales experience.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
• Access to your own transport.
