Key Responsibilities:
As an Account Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of our company. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Issuing Invoices: Accurately preparing and issuing invoices for our clients and maintaining proper records.
- Updating Payment Records: Managing and updating payment information, ensuring accuracy in our financial transactions.
- Tracking Company Payments and Sales Invoices: Monitoring and maintaining records of company payments and sales invoices to facilitate financial reporting and planning.
