Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering Customer Inquiries: Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Updating Customer Shipment Details: Keeping customers informed about the status of their shipments, tracking information, and expected delivery times.
- Updating Customer Payment Status: Maintaining accurate records of customer payments and communicating payment updates to customers.
- Reminding Customers to Make Payments: Sending payment reminders and assisting customers with any payment-related queries.
- Identifying Cross Sales Opportunities: Recognizing opportunities to promote additional products or services that align with customer needs and preferences.
